COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

These instructions are a guide only as appliances do vary.

Pan Fry / BBQ

Lightly oil a frying pan, BBQ or grill plate. Over a medium heat, cook the pork for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked. Allow the pork to rest for 2 minutes prior to serving.
