COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Oven Bake
Preheat oven to 180°C fan forced (190°C conventional). Remove pork loin steaks from packaging and place flat on a tray. Cook for 10 minutes, until the pork is cooked through.
These instructions are a guide only as appliances do vary.
BBQ
Preheat BBQ to medium heat. Remove pork loin steaks from packaging, lightly spray with oil, place flat on the BBQ and cover with lid. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
Pan Fry
Lightly oil frying pan and heat oil on medium heat until hot. Remove pork steaks from packaging and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side turning once until fully cooked.
