COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

These instructions are a guide only as appliances do vary.

Oven Roast

Preheat oven to 220ºC.

Carefully pour boiling water over the skin of the
pork and drain off excess water,

Lightly coat in olive oil and rub in salt for that extra crackle.

Place Pork Roast onto roasting tray.

Scatter some root vegetables, onion and apple around the roasting tray and season with cracked black black pepper.

Roast for 25 minutes and then reduce the heat to 180ºC (roast 20 minutes per 500g).

Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes. Carve roast and serve with root vegetables and steamed greens. Enjoy!
