INGREDIENTS
Free Range Pork (99%), Salt, Black Pepper.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C.
Step 2
Place pork belly roast onto a roasting tray.
Step 3
Roast for 30 minutes in the highest part of the oven.
Step 4
Reduce temperature to 160°C and roast for 25 minutes per 500g.
Step 5
Allow the pork to rest in a warm place prior to serving.
