COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Pan Fry / BBQ
Pre heat a pan/BBQ to a medium heat. Cook sausages for 8-10 minutes turning frequently until fully cooked.
Oven Bake
Pre heat oven to 180°C fan forced (190°C conventional). Place sausages in a single layer on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
