COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

These instructions are a guide only as appliances do vary.

Oven Bake

Salt the skin and leave for 30 mins to draw out excess moisture.

Preheat oven to 200°C fan forced (240°C conventional). If your oven has the option of fan grill, please use this setting instead.

Wipe off salt and dry skin with paper towel.

Rub skin with 1 tbsp of oil and a generous sprinkle of salt.

Place pork roast in middle of oven at 200°C for 1 hour and then turn down to 180°C for 1-1.5 hours (30 min/per 500g) until cooked through.

Rest for 15 minutes before carving. Serve up and enjoy!
